8-Week Live Coaching Program

Agile Product Delivery Lab
Lead, Deliver & Thrive
in the Age of AI

The hands-on program that turns Agile knowledge into real delivery confidence — with AI woven into every lesson.

"Stop studying Agile. Start delivering with it."

Built for practitioners ready to level up

If you know the Agile vocabulary but want to actually lead delivery — with confidence, real artifacts, and AI working beside you — this Lab is for you.

Product Owners

Sharpen your vision, backlog craft, and stakeholder communication across real sprint conditions.

Scrum Masters

Practice facilitation, impediment removal, and coaching under realistic delivery pressure.

Developers

Work within a full Scrum team, break down stories, coordinate with QA, and ship working increments.

QA & Testers

Practice validation, defect triage, and quality reporting across three full sprint cycles.

Business Analysts

Bridge the gap between requirements and delivery — and build a portfolio that proves you can lead in an Agile environment.

AI-Curious Practitioners

Learn to direct AI tools — not just use them — and build workflows that make you irreplaceable.

What you get when you enroll

This is not a self-paced course you'll abandon in week 2. It's a structured, live, cohort-based program with everything you need to actually finish and deliver.

16 Live Coaching Sessions

Real-time instruction, Q&A, and coaching from Nan — not pre-recorded content.

Online Portal with Step-by-Step Modules

Access your lessons, assignments, and resources anytime through a structured learning portal.

8-Week Structured Program

Clear weekly milestones so you always know exactly where you are and what comes next.

35+ AI-Integrated Lessons

AI is woven throughout every module — not bolted on. You'll learn to direct it, not just use it.

3 Capstone Sprint Simulations

Three full SDLC sprints with real delivery pressure, scope changes, and team coordination.

Role-Based Practice

Practice as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developer, or QA in a real Scrum team structure.

Weekly Quizzes & Playbook Assignments

Reinforce every skill with structured assignments that build your portfolio as you go.

Expert Mentor Access

Direct access to Nan and mentors throughout the program — not just during sessions.

Peer Practitioner Community

A cohort of practitioners going through the same journey — accountability built in.

Complete Agile Delivery Portfolio

Real artifacts you keep — from Product Vision Document to Production-Ready Release.

Production-Ready Release Experience

Your Week 8 Sprint 3 ends with a full deployment simulation and release plan.

Certificate of Completion

Issued by Agile 360 Studio — a credential you can share on LinkedIn and with clients.

Everything you need to know

The Agile Product Delivery Lab is an 8-week, live cohort-based program that teaches you how to actually deliver using Agile — not just study it. You'll build real skills across 6 modules, complete Sprint Zero, and then execute 3 full Capstone Sprints where you ship working increments from planning all the way to a production-ready release. You leave with a complete Agile delivery portfolio.
Certifications test what you know. The Lab tests what you can do. Most Agile certifications are multiple choice exams based on memorizing frameworks. The Lab puts you inside a real Scrum team, working through real delivery conditions — scope changes, defects, stakeholder requests — and producing artifacts you can actually show to an employer or client.
You should have a basic familiarity with Agile concepts — you don't need to be an expert, but this is not an intro-to-Agile course. If you know what a sprint is and have worked on or near an Agile team, you're ready. If you're brand new to Agile, reach out before enrolling and we'll help you figure out if the timing is right.
Plan for approximately 5 to 7 hours per week. That includes the live coaching sessions, module lessons, playbook assignments, and quiz work. Phase 2 Capstone Sprint weeks may require a bit more time depending on your role.
Sessions are recorded and posted to the portal so you can catch up. That said, the live sessions are where the real learning happens — the coaching, the Q&A, and the team dynamics. We encourage you to protect those two hours each week as much as possible.
You'll work with tools used on real Agile teams including Jira, Trello, Miro, Confluence, and Notion. On the AI side you'll use ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Perplexity, and Gemini. Most of these have free tiers that are sufficient for the program. You just need a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
No. The Lab is designed for practitioners across all Agile roles — Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, QA testers, and Developers. The capstone sprints simulate delivery without requiring you to write production code. Technical participants will find plenty of depth; non-technical participants will not be left behind.
AI is woven into every module through 35+ integrated lessons. You do not need prior AI experience. You will learn to use AI tools as part of your Agile workflow — from writing user stories to running retrospectives to building your personal AI productivity system. By the end you'll be directing AI, not just dabbling with it.
Sprint Zero is the foundation work a real team does before delivery begins — defining the product vision, building the backlog, planning the first sprint. In the Lab, Sprint Zero is embedded across Weeks 2 through 4 so that by the time Phase 2 begins you already have your vision, backlog, and sprint plan ready. You enter the Capstone Sprints prepared to execute — not scrambling to set up.
A complete Agile delivery portfolio including a Product Vision Document, Prioritized Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Package, Delivery Workflow Map, Release and Quality Checklist, three working sprint increments, a production-ready release, test strategy and results, and a recorded 5-minute AI-Era Practitioner Pitch. Plus a Certificate of Completion from Agile 360 Studio.
Accountability, community, and real delivery pressure. YouTube teaches concepts. Self-paced courses let you stop whenever it gets hard. The Lab puts you inside a live cohort with a structured schedule, a coach who knows your name, peers who depend on you showing up, and sprint simulations with real consequences. The people who need a portfolio — not just more knowledge — choose the Lab.
The program is $1,497 and includes everything — 16 live coaching sessions, the full online portal, all 6 modules with 35+ AI-integrated lessons, 3 Capstone Sprint simulations, expert mentor access, community access, your complete delivery portfolio, and your Certificate of Completion. No hidden fees or upsells.
